Why Do All These Rabbis Warn Against Getting the Covid-19 Vaccine?
PRAYER TO BE SAVED FROM CORONAVIRUS
Master of Universe, who can do anything!
Cure me and the whole world of the Coronavirus, because redemption is near.
And through this reveal to us the 50th gate of holiness, the secret of the ibbur, and may we begin from this day onward to be strong in keeping interpersonal commandments (i.e. being kind to others).
And by virtue of this may we witness miracles and wonders the likes of which haven’t been since the creation of the world. And may there be sweetening of judgments for the entire world, to all mankind, men women and children.
Please God! Please cure Coronavirus all over the world, as it says about Miriam the prophetess, “Lord, please, cure her, please.”
Please God! Who can do anything! Send a complete healing to the entire world! To all men, women, children, boys and girls, to all humanity wherever they may be, and to all the animals, birds, and creatures. All should be cured from this disease in the blink of an eye, and no trace of the disease should remain.
And all will merit fear of Heaven and fear of God, O Merciful and Compassionate Father.
Please God, please do with us miracles and wonders as you did with our forefathers by the exodus from Egypt. And now, take us and the entire world out from this disease, release us and save us from the Coronavirus that wants to eliminate all mortals.
We now regret all the sins that we did, and we honestly ask for forgiveness. And in the merit of our repentance, this cursed disease, that does not miss men, women, boys, girls, and animals, will be eliminated.
Please God, as quick as the illness came it will go away and disappear immediately, in the blink of an eye, and by this the soul of Messiah Ben David will be revealed.
Please God, grant us the merit to be included in the level of the saints and pure ones, and bless anew all the fruit and vegetation, that all will be healed in the blink of an eye, and we will see Messiah Ben David face to face.
Please God, who acts with greatness beyond comprehension, and does wonders without number. Please now perform also with us miracles and wonders beyond comprehension and let no trace of this cursed disease remain. And may the entire world be cured in the blink of an eye.
Because Hashem did all this in order for us to repent, it is all in order for us to direct our hearts to our Father in Heaven, and by that He will send blessings and success to all of our handiwork.

Point of No Return: Jewish Refugees from Arab Countries
From the 1940s until the 1970s, and heightening with the founding of Israel in 1948, nearly million Jews were expelled from their homes across Arab countries such as Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Yemen, Libya, Algeria and Iran.
Jews were frequently subjected to pogroms, systemic violence and religious persecution. Their exiles were largely attributable to Arab regimes increasing their hostility toward Jews because of the very existence of Israel.
Today, while stories abound of many Arab refugees, few are aware or even acknowledge this forgotten exodus of Jewish refugees. Only in Israel has Nov. 30, the day after the UN voted to approve the Jewish-Arab partition plan of Palestine, been marked to commemorate their plight.

An important piece of evidence: The British Palestine Exploration Fund survey map – 1871-1877 – The PEF people delineated every wadi, every settlement, tree, and home. They crisscrossed the territory, and an examination of the map shows how empty and barren the land was, and how few people lived there.
“The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity… Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people… to oppose Zionism.” Zuheir Muhsein, the late Military Department head of the PLO and member of its Executive Council.; March 1977, Dutch daily Trouw
London cab driver’s answer to a request from a Muslim to turn off the radio. (You just got to love the Brits.)
A devout Arab Muslim entered a black cab in London .
He curtly asked the cabbie to turn off the radio because as decreed by his religious teaching, he must not listen to music because in the time of the prophet there was no music, especially Western music which is the music of the infidel.
The cab driver politely switched off the radio, stopped the cab and opened the door.
The Arab Muslim asked him, “What are you doing?”
The cabbie answered, “In the time of the prophet there were no taxis, so get out and wait for a camel.”I wonder how many years (hundreds for sure) Jewish people have lived in Quebec. I don’t believe that they have ever demanded that pork be removed from the school’s menu where their children attend…
Excellent reply by the Mayor of Dorval, Quebec, to the demands of the Muslim population in his community.
Put some pork on your fork.
Too bad the USA doesn’t have the common sense to publish this nationwide, even if they have a muslim in the white house. Should also be posted on signs all along U.S. borders.Let’s hear it for a Quebec mayor.
MAYOR REFUSES TO REMOVE PORK FROM SCHOOL CANTEEN MENU. EXPLAINS WHY
Muslim parents demanded the abolition of pork in all the school canteens of a Montreal suburb. The mayor of the Montreal suburb of Dorval, has refused, and the town clerk sent a note to all parents to explain why..
“Muslims must understand that they have to adapt to Canada and Quebec, its customs, its traditions, its way of life, because that’s where they chose to immigrate.
“They must understand that they have to integrate and learn to live in Quebec .
“They must understand that it is for them to change their lifestyle, not the Canadians who so generously welcomed them.
“They must understand that Canadians are neither racist nor xenophobic, they accepted many immigrants before Muslims (whereas the reverse is not true, in that Muslim states do not accept non-Muslim immigrants).
“That no more than other nations, Canadians are not willing to give up their identity, their culture.
“And if Canada is a land of welcome, it’s not the Mayor of Dorval who welcomes foreigners, but the Canadian-Quebecois people as a whole.
“Finally, they must understand that in Canada ( Quebec ) with its Judeo-Christian roots, Christmas trees, churches and religious festivals, religion must remain in the private domain. The municipality of Dorval was right to refuse any concessions to Islam and Sharia.
“For Muslims who disagree with secularism and do not feel comfortable in Canada, there are 57 beautiful Muslim countries in the world, most of them under-populated and ready to receive them with open halal arms in accordance with Shariah.
“If you left your country for Canada, and not for other Muslim countries, it is because you have considered that life is better in Canada than elsewhere.
“Ask yourself the question, just once, “Why is it better here in Canada than where you come from?”
“A canteen with pork is part of the answer.”
If you feel the same forward it on.

![]() This Incredible Team Can Build a Hospital Anywhere In Just 12 HoursSeptember 29, 2016 https://www.idf.il/en/minisites/technology-and-innovation/this-incredible-team-can-build-a-hospital-anywhere-in-just-12-hours/ Immediately following the 2015 earthquake in Nepal, the IDF sent a team of 122 medical workers, 45 physicians, and 95 tons of equipment to set up a field hospital to provide high quality medical relief. The 60-bed field hospital treated nearly 1,600 patients, performed 85 surgeries, and delivered 8 babies over the duration of the aid mission. The IDF has set up similar humanitarian missions to both Haiti and the Philippines. Managing the Chaos After The Worst Mass Casualty DisastersDuring these humanitarian crises, independent medical teams from around the world came to provide what care they could. The result was chaotic. Inexperienced and unequipped delegations were treating thousands of patients. To better coordinate care and to ensure that field hospitals are properly equipped and trained the World Health Organization has started a process that permits only certain field hospitals to provide medical treatment during humanitarian crises.
The World Health Organization has taken notice of the IDF’s commitment to providing high quality medical relief in disaster-struck areas. Our hospital, along with nine others, has been selected for this designation (final approval is pending). As part of the approval process, the International Health Organization sent a team of observers to a recent IDF Field Hospital training exercise. The exercise placed a major focus on the logistical aspects of building and operating a field hospital with little warning and under immense stress. When Saving Lives – Every Detail MattersThe field hospital is a massive logistical and medical undertaking. The hospital can treat more than 200 patients per day and has 12 emergency medicine stations, 3 operating facilities, a blood bank, advanced laboratories, and imaging equipment. Its capacity is equivalent to a traditional hospital. “We have to have to be completely independent in terms of logistics,” explained Col. Dr. Ofer Merin, Commander of the IDF Field Hospital (and head of the trauma unit at Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Medical Center). “We need to manage our own food and electricity (solar) supplies. We also need to be able to fix our own equipment. If something goes wrong during an humanitarian aid mission, we can’t rely on anyone else to help. We can’t expect to find resources at the scene – we simply need to find a way to manage.” The field hospital staff also places focus on the speed at which the field hospital can be available. Disasters can’t be predicted. The field hospital staff needs to send an advance team to scout the area and determine the immediate needs in the affected area.
Once the full team arrives, half of the members start constructing the hospital while the others treating the victims. From start to end, the field hospital construction takes only 12 hours to complete. Speed is key to saving lives. After every humanitarian mission or training exercise, the team evaluates their work in order to improve for future endeavours. “The IDF Field Hospital is a military and national treasure,” Col. Dr. Ofer Merin said. “We’ll continue adding more staff and more capabilities to ensure our ability to provide the best, most inclusive medical care possible.” |
UN ranks IDF emergency medical team as ‘No. 1 in the world’Israel becomes first country to earn World Health Organization’s highest ranking for its field hospital unit The United Nation’s World Health Organization recognized the Israeli army’s field hospital, which is regularly sent abroad to provide aid at natural disaster sites, as “the number one in the world” in a ceremony last week, classifying it as its first and only “Type 3” field hospital, according to its commander, Lt. Col. (res.) Dr. Ofer Merin. As reported in The Times of Israel last month, the WHO and the Israel Defense Forces had been in talks to determine if the army unit met the demands of a “Type 3” medical team, a status no medical team had ever reached before. Last Wednesday, the IDF’s field hospital team received the “Type 3” designation, along with some additional “specialized care” recognitions, which technically made it a “Type 3 plus,” though the army kept the information quiet until Sunday. “We’re going to recommend the director-general verifies [Israel’s team] as a Type 1, Type 2, and also Type 3 and multiple different types of specialty cells,” Dr. Ian Norton, the lead author of the classification system and head of the WHO delegation, said Wednesday at the ceremony in the Medical Corps’ base in Ramat Gan, outside Tel Aviv. ![]() A 26-tent IDF field hospital set up during an exercise in Beit Naballah, in central Israel, on December 9, 2013. (IDF Spokesperson’s Unit) “We haven’t had that ever before,” Norton said, praising the months of work put in by the Israeli team to receive the designation. Israel will receive official WHO patches noting the new designation, and members of the IDF’s Medical Corps, including Merin, will meet with the head of the international organization at a formal ceremony in Hong Kong at the end of the month, the army said. The United Nations is generally seen as having a negative attitude toward Israel, giving this recognition of the IDF’s abilities some additional weight, Merin said. The representatives from the World Health Organization were “not biased, not one bit,” he said. In 2013, the United Nation’s WHO created a set of criteria to classify foreign medical teams in sudden onset disasters, on a scale from one to three. Israel is now the only country to receive the top mark. “Only a handful in the world could even think of” doing so in the future, Norton said in a conversation with The Times of Israel last month. In a phone conversation with reporters on Sunday, Merin, who has personally invested “hundreds of hours” in the recognition process, described the experience of having the work he and his team have done be classified as the best in the world as “emotional.” “I wish I could sit here and say it’s a ‘Mazal tov’ for me, but it’s a ‘Mazal tov’ for the army, for Israel,” Merin said, using a Hebrew term that literally means “good luck,” but is used as “congratulations.” The recognition process took nearly a year, beginning in January 2016, most of that meticulously reviewing manuals and ensuring that Israel met the criteria, Merin said. In the past two months, WHO delegations also visited Israel and met with Merin and his team in order to assess the IDF Medical Corps’ field hospital, a sprawling structure that can comprise up to 30 tents, according to the IDF. However, the version seen by Norton’s team during an exercise in northern Israel in September contained just 26. The military’s field hospital is “not just some medics and doctors spread out in the field”; rather it is a “national treasure” that has the capabilities of an advanced, permanent hospital but can be set up almost anywhere in under 12 hours, Merin told The Times of Israel last month. Israeli disaster relief delegations — some of them led by Merin — have been some of the first and largest to arrive at the scenes of natural disasters. Teams from the IDF Medical Corps and Home Front Command provided rescue and medical services after an earthquake in Turkey in 1999, an earthquake in Haiti in 2010, a typhoon in the Philippines in 2013 and, most recently, an earthquake in Nepal in 2015. This Type 3 classification ensures that Israeli teams will continue to be the first allowed on the scene of future disasters and further cements Israel’s position as a world leader in emergency medicine, proving to friends and foes alike that the Jewish state knows how to handle catastrophes. “This recognition isn’t just international. It’s also recognition for ourselves, showing us what we can do,” the army spokesperson said Sunday. While Israel’s emergency medical teams may be best known for their work abroad, Merin stressed that this takes a backseat to its primary directive. Israel’s regular humanitarian relief efforts have drawn both international praise and accusations of “rubble-washing” — or using its disaster relief effort to boost its international standing. Helping other countries in need is “the most effective kind of diplomacy,” then-foreign minister Avigdor Liberman said in 2015, after Israel sent a team to Nepal. “In crafting a country’s image, nothing is more effective than providing aid.” However, diplomats insist the drive is mostly altruistic. “If we’re sending aid to Haiti, the Philippines and Nepal, we’re obviously not looking to reap great diplomatic benefits from these countries, which I might be allowed to describe as not superpowers,” said a former senior diplomat in 2015, responding to a question about Liberman’s comment. Combating unhelpful aidFor many years there was no internationally recognized system of categorizing emergency response teams — which could operate independently, which needed assistance from the local government in order to function, what services could they offer, etc. — information that can be crucial in a disaster situation. Rescue workers need to know where they can take patients. When deciding which teams can come in as part of the relief effort, local governments need to know which foreign field hospitals are entirely self-sufficient and which require resources like fuel, oxygen and medications that are often scarce after a disaster. “They cannot be a burden on the affected country. In the past, teams arrived with no equipment, and local authorities had to look after them; we found that inappropriate,” Norton said. A specialist in emergency medicine and former head of his native Australia’s emergence response team, Norton joined the WHO in 2013. That same year, he and a team of other experts developed the WHO’s classification system, which puts foreign medical teams into three groups: Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3. The document detailing the requirements for these classifications is some 91 pages long, but in short, the types are in ascending order by number of patients that can be treated and level of difficulty of the procedures that are offered. A Type 1 medical team can offer first aid and other immediate emergency care on an outpatient basis, meaning the victims do not remain in the hospital for extended periods of time; a Type 2 has at least 20 beds for inpatients and can perform 7-15 surgeries per day; and a Type 3 has twice as many inpatient beds, an intensive care unit and can perform 15-30 surgeries per day, as well as provide a host of other services, including rehabilitation. Israel’s field hospital blows past some of these requirements: A Type 3 field hospital needs 40 inpatient beds, Israel’s has 86. A Type 3 needs two operating rooms, Israel’s has four. For Type 2 and Type 3 teams there are additional “specialized care team” designation, including burn units, dialysis, obstetrics and gynecology, and reconstructive plastic surgery.
Merin, wary of bragging, said, “We’re already standing on the podium. I don’t think we need that. We’re already recognized as the only Type 3 team in the world. It’s good enough.” Some aspects of the classification were not simply an issue of which specialists are on staff or the amount of oxygen the facility can produce per minute, but deal with the ethics of emergency care. “We also ask them to comply with the principles of being an emergency medical team, which means they will behave ethically in the field, that they will treat anybody no matter race, color or creed and that they will take part in the combined and coordinated effort to do the best for people affected by the disaster,” Norton said.
To ensure that the IDF team will follow those principles, Norton said, “we look at how they teach the teams, but we also ask the director-general and the chief surgeon to sign on behalf of the organization that they will do their best to comply.” According to Merin, the recognition process not only gives Israel the credibility it needs to operate around the world, but has actually improved the level of treatment his team can provide. “We learned a lot. All of us will be able to deploy better to our missions in the future,” he said. Preferred access to disastersIsrael is now the 17th foreign medical team to be classified by the WHO, Merin said, though dozens more have already requested a review. The Type 3 classification, besides its value as recognition for recognition’s sake, will also have some real world ramifications for the future.
Israel will now get “preferential access to disasters in the future,” Norton said. The concept of “preferred access” to natural disasters may sound strange, until you consider situations like the one in Haiti in 2010, where groups arrived with medical personnel that were not properly trained and supplied, and ended up becoming more of a drag on the local government than a boon to the relief effort, Norton said. Merin, who served in many of these disaster sites, also noted the phenomenon of countries sending delegations that were unprepared or unable to provide the services required, and the WHO’s need to determine who would be allowed to help in the future. “I’m not saying that people didn’t do the right thing. But people did what they thought was the right thing to do in that disaster. So they said, no, this is how you have to operate in these areas,” Merin said Sunday. In total, according to Norton, nearly 200 teams, including some non-governmental groups in Israel, are eligible for the process. However, most of these are of Type 1 and Type 2 classifications. “We don’t actually have any other Type 3’s that are in the process of being verified,” Norton said last month. Only a pan-European collaboration and a Chinese team stand to receive one in the foreseeable future, he added. In addition to being the only Type 3 team in the world, Israel’s is also the only one with a “military component” that has been recognized by the WHO. “It’s a proud moment for all the Jews around the world and for people from Israel and for people from the IDF Medical Corps. It’s great moment for all of us, really. It’s a great moment,” he said. Raphael Ahren contributed to this report |
![]() Netanyahu: We offered assistance to Iran earthquake victimsNetanyahu reveals to JFNA General Assembly that Israel offered assistance to victims of the earthquake in Iraq. Elad Benari, 14November2017 http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/238077 Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu revealed on Tuesday that Israel has offered medical assistance to victims of the earthquake in Iraq and Iran earlier this week. Speaking via video conference at the closing session of the Jewish Federations of North America’s General Assembly in Los Angeles, Netanyahu said Israel’s quarrel is with the regimes, “but our humanity is greater than their hatred.” “We have no quarrel with the people in Iran but rather with the regime in Iran, which holds its citizens hostage and threatens to destroy Israel,” the prime minister added. Following Netanyahu’s remarks, an official in the Prime Minister’s Office said, “As part of an ongoing strategy, Prime Minister Netanyahu communicates directly with the Iranian people and presents the difference between the Iranian public and the regime in Iran.” The official added, “Israel turned to the Red Cross with the intention of providing civilian humanitarian aid and was immediately refused, a fact which presents the true face of the Iranian regime.” More than 400 people were killed and close to 8,000 were injured in Sunday’s 7.3-magnitude earthquake, which was also felt in Israel. Netanyahu also criticized the Iran nuclear deal in his remarks, saying that it does not prevent Iran from producing a nuclear weapon. “I want to thank President Trump for his stand on this issue, and ambassador Haley for her stand at the UN,” he added. Another issue which Netanyahu addressed is the controversy over the Western Wall, saying he remains committed to a non-Orthodox prayer space at the compound. “I remain committed to move forward. I believe all Jews should have access to pray at the Kotel. I hope you will see the improved prayer space before the next GA [in Tel Aviv],” he said. |
![]() The story of IDF’s first humanitarian rescue mission: MexicoSeptember 19, 2016 https://www.idf.il/en/minisites/humanitarian-missions/the-story-of-idf-s-humanitarian-rescue-mission-mexico/ When disaster strikes in the world, the IDF is there to lend a hand, regardless of the distance. Here is where it all began. On September 19, 1985, Mexico City experienced its strongest earthquake to date. The earthquake affected almost all of Mexico and beyond, reaching as far as Houston, Texas. The capital, Mexico City, was hit the hardest. The AftermathThe impact of the earthquake was catastrophic. More than 100,000 buildings were seriously damaged. Over 150 buildings were completely demolished. 150,000 people lost their jobs, 250,000 people lost their homes, and 10,000 people lost their lives. In addition, the water system was polluted resulting in a lack of fresh drinking water. The aftermath proved to be the worst in Mexico’s history. Humanitarian AidA few days after the earthquake, the IDF sent a well prepared rescue team to Mexico to aid in the relief. The Search and Rescue Unit delegation included 22 doctors who brought tons of humanitarian supplies and medical equipment. Upon arrival, our soldiers worked for 40 consecutive hours. Approximately 3,500 people were extricated from the debris, even 10 days after the hit. Since then, the IDF’s Home Front Command has sent 21 delegations to 15 different countries. The IDF is committed to saving and protecting the lives of the citizens of Israel and of victims around the world. American Lone Soldiers in the IDF |

Israel Matzav could not have said it better: There was much that Peres did in his later years with which I disagreed. Oslo (which was done behind Yitzchak Rabin’s back). His treatment of Jonathan Pollard. His playing fast and easy with Jewish lives to achieve his goals. His undercutting of Begin on the Osirak attack. In fact, his undercutting of Israeli governments generally in his later years, including during his term as President (a position he turned from an honorary position into a political one). And he was reviled by many in Israel. |
